Hi Everyone- 1) We had some problems with our transaction processing system. They started mid yesterday, and it took them most of today to resolve them. if you bought a membership or a video within the last 24 hours, you should now have access. 2) If you bought Charlie Valentine Slave Orders 1 (not 1a), you got a refund/credit. We had to fix a problem with that video and delete the old one, so that's how the system handles it. You can either use the credit to buy Charlie Valentine Slave Orders 1a, or buy something else (so if you downloaded it, you came out a winner on this!)

Hi everyone! A lot of people have been asking about the calendar, so I just wanted to give you a quick update. Here's who is currently on the calendar: We have scenes in the can (already shot) with: Richelle Ryan, Nadia White, Zoey Foxxx, Channy Crossfire. We have scenes scheduled with: Halle Hayes, Virgo Peridot, Natasha Carter, Kyaa Chimera, Charlie Valentine, Kay Kay. The schedule is always subject to change... if someone cancels on us, I'll probably replace her with someone young and bratty. :) That's the plan for now! :) --Glenn

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I wrote an update here. I’ve been extremely busy… But I need to find more time to write these updates. I do speak to quite a few of you every day via messages so always remember that you can just click the message button at the top and ask me any question! I really do enjoy speaking to our site members... Before I review the calendar with you, I want to talk about a subject that’s important: for a long time people would ask me to shoot girls with big asses and big tits like Jenna Star, and I would say “I shoot what’s available... I would love to shoot more thick girls with big asses and big tits, but there aren’t that many in Vegas and also not many that I have the ability to book (see my dicsussion of casting a while back. Some performers don't have an agent, and some performers just don't want to do fetish work that pays fetish rates). I always told people that if the opportunity ever arose to shoot more big thick girls, I would book them. Well… As of January this year I have had an amazing talent Pool to work with it fits that description. We shot scenes this year with Kaden Kole, Luna Angel, Bree Brooks, Lauren Phillips, Lucky B, Destiny James, Mia James, Tokyo Leigh, Jenna Starr, Stephanie Love. (Those last two aren’t out yet.). That’s the good news. The bad news is that there’s a little bit of a trade-off. Some of you guys have told me you feel like we’ve lost a little bit lately in terms of aggressive Dommes. Some of these performers aren’t as talkative and aggressive as some of the other dommes that we shoot. I got a message from a guy yesterday talking about that, and it really made me start thinking about it. I think he’s right I think we’ve gotten a little too far at times away from shooting great dommes (performers who are really natural at dialogue and at being dominant). So I’m gonna try to balance things out a little more. I’m still gonna shoot big ass big tit girls, but I’m gonna make sure that in between those girls I get some really aggressive verbal humiliators. So with that in mind, here’s the calendar of what’s coming. We have scenes in the can (that means scenes we already shot) with Jenna Star, Channy Crossfire, Stephanie Love, Goddess Royale. On the calendar we have Diabella Eclair, Richelle Ryan, Nadia White, Zoey Foxx. Of those, I think Nadia White and Richelle Ryan are the most aggressive dommes. I have some open spots in May and I'm gonna make sure I fill those slots with filthy talking, aggressive dommes! -Glenn

Hi everyone - last week, we added ccbill as one of our transaction processors. So we now have both segpay and ccbill. This adds more options and helps people in countries that segpay did not work with. Since then, I've had several customers say something went wrong like "I signed up for a 90 day membership but it stopped working after 3 days". I then ask them for more information, but I never hear back. If something is not working properly, of course I want to fix it! But in reality, I don't personally get access to any of your information and neither does Yuri (my customer support guy). It's better to use email instead of a message on the site for 2 reasons: 1) a message on the site goes to me, an email goes to support 2) if you lose your access to the site, you won't be able to see my reply. As customers, you actually are better off emailing the company who handled the transaction. If you bought a subscription via segpay and it stops working, you should contact segpay. If you bought via ccbill, you should email ccbill. I'm only saying this because they can see your info and I can't. Why can't I? For your protection. IF MEANBITCHES CUSTOMER DATABASE GETS HACKED, THE HACKERS WILL NOT GET ANY OF YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION (except email). We don't have it! It makes it harder to handle customer support, but it's worth it. Here's another option for you: if you have any problems like "my account stopped working", email cs@elxcomplete.com . This is a support desk that works for elevated X (the company that does our website and deals with the billing companies). They should be able to help you out. You can always email support@meanbitches.com, but the quickest solution is probably at cs@elxcomplete.com. As you all know, I personally answer all messages when you click Messages up at the top.
