By now, many of you have met our MeanBitches support representative, Yuri. He's here to help you with things like canceling your membership, sending you your login information, and anything else to help with your experience in browsing the website. You can reach him by clicking the support email link at the bottom of very page. He usually answers all support requests within a few minutes but keep in mind that he does sleep and eat, so if you send a request at 2AM PST, he will probably not respond until the next morning. Sending 6 more emails between 2AM and 6AM will not help. Try to help Yuri out by including your username in your correspondence. He can look you up by your email, but many of you send from a different email than you signed up with. One more thing: Be nice to Yuri! If you treat him with the same respect you would like him to treat you with, you will get that respect back. :) --Glenn
